2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work as a driveaway driver to use GoRunBoard. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

GoRunBoard operates on a subscription basis. The following plans are currently available:

• Monthly Plan: $XX per month, billed monthly, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers

• Quarterly Plan: $XX.XX billed every 3 months ($8.91 per month)

• 6 Month Plan: $XX.XX billed every 7 months, which includes one free month of access ($8.49 per month overall)

Pricing is subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance. Your subscription will auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Free Trial

New subscribers on the Monthly Plan are eligible for a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at signup. You will not be charged until day 8. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Free trials are available to new accounts only.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time within an active billing period. To cancel, manage your subscription through your account settings in the app.

6. User Responsibilities

By using GoRunBoard you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account

• Use the app only for its intended purpose of finding and managing driveaway loads

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse any part of the app or its data

• Comply with all applicable laws and driveaway company requirements

GoRunBoard provides load information sourced from driveaway companies. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or terms of any specific load. All agreements regarding runs, payments, and conditions are between you and the driveaway company directl

7. Limitation of Liability

GoMightyOak LLC provides GoRunBoard on an as-is basis. We are not responsible for any earnings, losses, or outcomes resulting from loads found or claimed through the app. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GoRunBoard.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within GoRunBoard and GoRunBoard.com are the property of GoMightyOak LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of GoRunBoard after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
